The school winter formal brought a night of music, lights, and fun. The special event had students dress up, dance, and enjoy a festive winter evening. From the decor to the playlist, every detail set the mood for a fun and memorable night, promising a classy evening full of sparkle and school spirit. This year’s winter formal transformed the school into a space full of charm and excitement. Student Council worked very hard to plan the dance and develop the theme.
Raine Molden said that she had a fun time at the dance and that everything was decorated nicely and the music was good. Jordan Middlebrook also added that it was a lot of fun. She said everyone was excited and looked amazing, the music was enjoyable, and the decorations were beautiful. Overall, she said it was a really good time and that she would definitely attend again.
Mrs. Camery added that she thinks it was a success. Even though the winter formal is historically less attended than homecoming, they had more students attend than last year and are continuing to find ways to increase student interest. She also wants to acknowledge how much work Kathryn Haas and Jack Brugos put into planning the winter formal and taking the lead in Student Council with such passion and commitment.
Student Council is now directing their efforts to planning Prom, our last dance of the school year. It is without a doubt that Prom will be as memorable as Winter Formal.
