The recognition of being Student of the Month is not just an award; it represents the students at the school who embody Red Devil P.R.I.D.E. The P.R.I.D.E. acronym stands for perseverance, reliability, integrity, drive, and empathy. One of the students selected for this award is Aiden McCarthy, a recipient who is very deserving of this honor.
When reflecting on what the Student of the Month award means to him, Aiden shared, “I think it demonstrates my hard work and is a good way to represent the school. I am also very appreciative of Mr. Lodise for nominating me. I would like to let him know I’m happy to help whenever.”
Speaking about how it feels to receive the award, he said, “It means a lot to me and my family. I am very appreciative of this award.”
On how he represents RDP, Aiden explained, “I represent RDP through my hard work. I’ve always been a hard worker and will continue to be in all aspects of my life.”
Needless to say, this award is more than something that is just handed out; it is earned and honored. We are excited to see what Aiden will accomplish in his life; we know it will be great things.
