Get ready to jump back into the action, Black Phone 2 releases this week. It’s coming back louder and bigger than ever. If you have seen the first movie, you may remember the kid named Finn, who escaped a terrifying masked man named The Grabber. Now he’s older, but this nightmare of his still isn’t over.
This time, the story will follow the younger sister, Gwen. Who starts to get these random dreams and can hear the voices of several kids who went missing. Now the creepy black phone is ringing again, and it’s warning her about a new danger at a snowy camp called Alpine Lake.
The movie is bringing back the original cast, including Mason Thames, Madeleine McGraw, and, of course, Ethan Hawke will be coming back too. The second movie will be directed by Scott Derrickson, the same person who made the first movie. Now it will be packed with a bigger and scarier plot, enjoy the suspense, and more scares throughout the movie.
Black Phone 2 is made by Blumhouse Productions, the powerhouse studio behind top movies like Get Out, The Invisible Man, and Paranormal Activity. They are known for delivering high-impact horror with tons of suspense. Blumhouse teams up again with director Scott Derrickson and co-writer C. Robert Cargill to combine their skills for a second movie.
Black Phone 2 will be hitting the theaters on Friday October 17th, right on queue for Halloween. So if you enjoy horror movies that mess with you and keep you second-guessing. This will be worth your time to watch.
