The Red Devils Bistro is a student run and led business located within LHS. The entire team is locked in and gearing up for what looks to be an awesome year! Students are settling into their roles and feeling confident thanks to extra help and training, which has helped create a lighter workload for each person in the Bistro.. Even though the Bistro hours have been reduced from three advisory periods to just once a week, the crew is making the most of their time behind the counter.

This year, students have been implementing new processes and procedures, documenting all of them, and putting more structure into the operation. Each of the Bistro’s six (6) teams is focused on quality improvement, reduced turn-around time, customer satisfaction, and standardization. These are necessary to achieve their goal of becoming a DECA certified SBE (School Business Enterprise). 

The teams have been experimenting with new recipes, including creative lemonades, refreshers, and other fun drink ideas. The Finance Team is looking at options to implement lower prices, bringing even more value to the customers. 

With plenty of training under their belts and lots of enthusiasm, the Red Devils Bistro staff says they are ready to make this the best year yet. Stop by, grab a drink, and support your fellow students as they serve up success—one cup at a time!
